- To send you relevant communications about our services. Every commercial email includes a way to opt out.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate (for example, email delivery), under confidentiality, and never for their own marketing.
Email & your choices (CAN-SPAM)
Our commercial emails identify us clearly, use honest subject lines, include our physical mailing address, and offer a working way to unsubscribe. To be removed from our list, reply STOP to any email or write to aizioo@ziooai.com. We honor opt-out requests within 10 business days.
Data retention & security
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. If our AI systems handle your customers' data as part of a paid engagement, that data remains yours and stays on accounts in your name.

Some of our messages and our website assistant ("Zioo") are AI-assisted. A human at Zioo AI is always responsible for our communications and available to you.
